A Century-Old Family Recipe, Bottled Deep and Bold
Severo is born of the hardship and struggle of the Mexican Revolution — a guarded family recipe nearly 100 years old, from a pioneering Jalisco tequila family. It is distilled from estate-grown agave at Casa Don Roberto, a distillery established in 1924: agave cooked in autoclave, roller-mill extraction, open-air stainless fermentation, double distillation. The Añejo gives the line its deepest oak integration — one of four marques alongside the Plata, Reposado and Añejo Cristalino, each, the distillers insist, demanding no mixers.
