Poor service/No service

Very bad experience. I never received my product and only got an email stating it was returned with no explanation as to why. Will not be using them in the future.

Shipping method....

May consider shipping all your bottles in the up-right position. My rum was fine however a tiny bit did drip out of each bottle as they were shipped on their sides. Thx
