An Estate Bobal Rosé from Utiel-Requena
Bodegas Nodus farms its own estate, Finca El Renegado, in the hills of Valencia province, and Bobal — thick-skinned, high in colour and acidity — is the grape the Utiel-Requena region is known for, as comfortable making a structured rosé as a red. Actum is the estate's varietal range, and this 2016 is its Bobal rosé. Browse the winery on the Bodegas Nodus vendor page or see more rosé wine and wine.
Tasting Notes
The producer publishes no tasting note for this wine, and none was found in reputable sources for any vintage of Actum Rosé — so none is invented here. Expect the profile the grape and region are known for only in the glass itself; the bottle is the source.
How to Enjoy
Serve chilled as an aperitif or alongside paella, grilled prawns and tomato-based Mediterranean dishes — the traditional table company for a Valencian rosé.
