Tequila Cabal Blanco Caballo
Tequila Cabal Blanco Caballo is a 40% ABV (80 proof) blanco tequila in a 750mL bottle — unaged, the purest expression of the brand's agave. Made from 100% Tequilana Weber (blue Weber agave), slow-cooked 42 hours in a 32-ton Mason brick oven, fermented 72 hours with natural yeast, and double distilled in Amatitan, Jalisco, with a rest time of zero. Presented in the brand's signature hand-blown horse-head decanter ("Botella de Caballo"); "Cabal" derives from caballero, Spanish for gentleman. Order online from Del Mesa Liquor, San Diego, CA.

The Purest Form of Tequila
The brand calls its blanco "the basis for all CABAL expressions" — the same slow-cooked, naturally fermented, double-distilled spirit that later ages into its reposado, anejo, and extra anejo. Bottled fresh from the still at 40% ABV for maximum agave character. Explore more Cabal and the blanco tequila collection.
Tasting Notes
Per brand copy: fresh and earthy agave notes, citrus, and vanilla on the nose; floral agave with sweet vanilla undertones on the palate; silver reflections, brilliant and crystallized in the glass.
How to Enjoy
Blanco belongs in a proper Margarita — Cabal's is built for it — or sip it neat alongside the extra anejo to taste what three years of oak adds.
