Pancho Villa's Blanco
The Los Arango line was revived in 2018 by Infinium Spirits around the Pancho Villa legend — José Doroteo Arango, whose name the brand carries. The blanco is the purest read on the Corralejo process: white pepper, lime, fresh lemon, and rich toasted agave on the nose, a clean and silky palate with fresh green herbs, and a bright, medium-long finish. It scored 92 points from VinePair in 2022 and 86 at the 2021 Ultimate Spirits Challenge. Among Los Arango tequilas, this is the bartender's workhorse.
