The "Animal" London Dry
Where the Rocket gin went floral, the "Animal" goes classic: "a classic London Dry Gin with a high intensity of flavors," in the launch press release's own words. Juniper leads, lemon and herbs back it up, and the finish is dry — the gin equivalent of a Marshall-stack riff. Find more gin and the Def Leppard collection at Del Mesa Liquor.
Tasting Notes
Per official brand notes carried by retailers: intense aromas with clear character of juniper, herbs and citrus; a spicy, big, flavor-packed palate of juniper, lemon peel and herbal character; a complex, full-bodied, long-lasting and dry finish — elegant and well balanced.
How to Enjoy
The canonical gin-and-tonic with a lemon twist, or a bone-dry martini with a twist — this one is built for classics.
