Highland agave is slow-roasted for three days in traditional brick ovens, then distilled in handmade copper pot stills built by a local artisan on the distillery grounds. The name says it all: "Tera" for the earth, "Mana" for spirit — the spirit of the earth. The result is a bright, clean blanco where pure agave character leads, equally at home sipped neat or anchoring a margarita.
