The Cuervo Family's Own Tequila
Reserva De La Familia is the line the Cuervo family has long kept for itself: each bottle is individually numbered and hand-dipped in wax. The Platino is the unaged expression of that line — pure agave character with no oak to hide behind, bottled at 80 proof in the classic half-bottle format. Tasting Notes
The nose opens with pepper, honeyed agave, and apple, with a whisper of parsley. The palate is sweet and spicy — melon, honey, and hay — leading to a medium-crisp finish of chamomile and cinnamon.
How to Enjoy
Sip it neat in a tequila glass to taste the full agave expression, or serve it over a large cube with a lime twist. It also elevates any cocktail where the blanco is the star — a premium margarita or a crisp ranch water.
