Kentucky Peerless Toasted Rye is a small-batch rye whiskey aged in two distinct oak barrels to achieve a layered, aromatic profile. It begins in a traditional char level 3 barrel, developing rich notes of caramel, brown sugar, and toffee. It’s then finished in a medium-toast barrel, hand-crafted by Kelvin Cooperage, which imparts honey, vanilla, toasted spice, and chocolate—without the harsh tannins.

• Barrel #1: Char level 3 – ~30–35 seconds of flame for caramelization
• Barrel #2: Medium-toast – extended toast for aromatic complexity
