The release of Pearse 5-Year-Old Irish Whiskey in 2018 marked a historic milestone in the re-evolution of the Irish Whiskey distilling industry. It was the first five-year age statement Irish Whiskey to appear from a new distillery in the whole of Ireland in more than 25 years. Presented in 4,000 individually numbered bottles, this limited release 5-Year-Old was produced on our two small-batch copper pot stills and aged in bourbon casks.

The design and packaging of our Pearse 5-Year-Old bottle is inspired by the former church of St. James, now home to Pearse Lyons Distillery.

Fantastic 5-Year Irish Whiskey! Very smooth, best for sipping (3 sips as my bartender Cyril says). This is now one of my favorites and affordable as well.

Excellent Irish Whiskey

As the title of this review states, this is an excellent Irish whiskey for sipping, especially for the price! Great nose on this whiskey. Sooth finish. Very smooth and velvety with hints of pears along with a smokiness that makes me want more! Highly recommend and highly recommend Del Mesa Liquor. They have a great variety plus they ship fast!

Excellent Single Malt

Excellent nose and smooth with multiple flavors that soothe the palate. A nice, long finish. Great sipping whiskey straight up, especially for the price. Highly recommend.
