Since 1851 the house has infused its own Amaretti di Saronno — the famous amaretti biscuits the Lazzaroni family has baked since the 18th century — in spirit, then blended the infusion with distilled cocoa and beet sugar. Tasting Notes
Brilliant copper color. Nose of marzipan, dried apricot, bitter almond, honeycomb and star anise. Rich, velvety palate — roasted almond and marzipan, caramel, macaroon, dried citrus, brown spice — finishing long with marzipan, apricot and a pink-peppercorn lift.
How to Enjoy
