Per the distillery: a nose of spiced cooked apple, pear and banana with cinnamon, cedar, a delicate floral note, light vanilla bean and brown sugar; a taste of spicy applesauce and toasted coconut over earthy mint and cocoa nib; a dry finish of subtle cocoa and lingering apple peel, in a deep amber pour.
