Minnesota-Made, Built to Mix
Phillips Distilling has been in business since 1912, and UV is its modern flagship — a vodka line that grew from this original bottling into one of the best-known flavoured ranges in the US. The original stays deliberately neutral: four distillations and carbon filtration aimed at smoothness rather than character, at a price that makes it a home-bar staple. Find it in our vodka range, browse the wider spirits shelf, or visit the UV Vodka vendor page.
Tasting Notes
Character: The brand characterises UV80 only as clean, refined and very smooth — no producer tasting-note sheet is published for it. Expect a neutral, mix-ready vodka: soft entry, clean palate, tidy finish.
How to Enjoy
This is a mixing vodka through and through — Moscow Mules, vodka sodas with a citrus squeeze, and party punches where a clean, affordable 80-proof base is exactly the point. Keep it in the freezer for a thicker pour.
