A Year in Whiskey Oak, Sealed in Black Wax
The Añejo joined the Teremana range in late 2021, completing the trio Dwayne Johnson's team had planned from the distillery's first brick-oven roast. The process up to the barrel is unchanged — fully mature highlands agave, a roast of over 72 hours, handmade copper pot stills — and then the spirit goes into American whiskey barrels, where the oak trades the blanco's bright citrus for warm oak and vanilla depth.
