Tera and Mana: The Spirit of the Earth
The name joins "Tera" — earth — with "Mana", the Polynesian word for spirit: the spirit of the earth, made by hand. Dwayne Johnson launched Teremana in March 2020 with Dany Garcia, Jenna Fagnan and Ken Austin, partnering with the Lopez family, third-generation agave growers and second-generation tequila makers, and building a dedicated distillery in the highlands town of Jesús María. The Blanco is where that process is most transparent — no oak to lean on, just roasted highlands agave and copper.
