43% ABV (86 proof) | 500mL | 21 Mediterranean botanicals | Portofino, Liguria, Italy — Portofino Dry Gin is distilled in the small coastal village of Portofino on the Ligurian Riviera, from 21 Mediterranean botanicals handpicked in the brand's botanical sanctuary on the hills above the Piazzetta: juniper, Ligurian lemon and orange peel, Italian lavender, rosemary, marjoram, sage, basil, thyme, iris, rose petals, jasmine, and more.

Production pairs an antique Italian copper still — once used for local liqueurs and grappas — with modern Rotavapor vacuum distillation to protect the delicate aromas. The nose is fresh lemon and crisp juniper with rose, cardamom, and herbs; the palate is smooth, herbaceous, and sun-soaked with resinous juniper, floral botanicals, and zesty lemon; the finish is long, dry, and Mediterranean. It comes in a striking blue hand-blown-glass bottle inspired by the Portofino lighthouse. A multi-gold-medal Italian gin — available to order online at Del Mesa Liquor in San Diego, CA.
