Seven Times Over
Platinum 7X is Sazerac's workhorse premium vodka: Kentucky corn, seven distillations, and Buffalo Trace's distilling muscle behind a price that undercuts most craft vodkas with the same credentials. It has the medals to back it up — San Francisco gold and Beverage Testing Institute "Highly Recommended." Compare it with Buffalo Trace's own Wheatley Vodka or shop the full vodka selection.
Tasting Notes
No official brand tasting notes were published (no Platinum brand site found); retailer and competition descriptions characterize it as smooth and clean with a soft corn sweetness and a crisp, neutral finish — typical of a well-made seven-times-distilled corn vodka.
How to Enjoy
Designed for the freezer door: serve ice-cold in a martini or as the base of a Moscow mule or vodka tonic, where its clean profile keeps cocktails crisp rather than boozy.
