Announced in April 2025 as the first release in Penelope's ready-to-pour portfolio, it is packaged in a striking 750mL white matte bottle with peach lettering. Penelope's founders handpicked the bourbon and rye themselves, working with Nashville cocktail creator Tim Beckner to build a recipe layered with the flavours you'd find behind any great bar — peach, maple and bitters folded into award-winning Penelope whiskey.
