Kenwood's County-Wide Sonoma Pinot Noir

Kenwood Vineyards was established in 1970 in the town of Kenwood, Sonoma County, in a historic 1906 barn winery, and this bottling is its broad county expression of Pinot Noir — blending fruit from across Sonoma, with the ocean-cooled, fog-influenced Russian River Valley providing the majority. The fruit is picked from late September into early October, and each vineyard lot is kept separate through fermentation and ageing to preserve its character before the final blend is assembled. It is the everyday-drinking counterpart to Kenwood's Russian River Valley Reserve (#9 in this batch).
