Gran Centenario Plata Tequila is a 750mL blanco bottled at 40% ABV (80 proof), made from 100% blue Weber agave in Jalisco, Mexico — with a twist almost no other blanco has: it is rested for roughly four to seven weeks in large American oak pipones, then blended under the house's Seleccion Suave process, which marries the spirit with older tequila reserves for smoothness.
