Founded by Breaking Bad co-stars Bryan Cranston and Aaron Paul, Dos Hombres is produced at Tequilera Tap Distillery in Amatitán, Jalisco (NOM 1614) under maestro tequilero Julio Cova — a ~40-year veteran who came out of retirement for the project. Production: 100% blue agave slow-cooked (75% autoclave, 25% traditional brick oven), roller-mill crushed, fermented 72–96 hours, double distilled in copper and stainless steel stills, with no additives and volcanic deep-earth well water. The blanco is rested 30 days before bottling.
