Don Ramon Ceramica Special Edition Luis Miguel Collection Plata Tequila
Don Ramon Ceramica Special Edition Luis Miguel Collection Plata Tequila is a 40% ABV (80 proof), 750mL unaged plata (blanco) made from 100% Blue Agave, presented in a blue hand-painted ceramic bottle signed by Luis Miguel — the blue inspired by the skies that accompany the agave fields. It is available to order online at Del Mesa Liquor, San Diego, CA.
The Plata is the purest expression in Casa Don Ramón's Cerámica Special Edition Luis Miguel Collection: no oak, no resting, just crystal-clear agave spirit in a hand-painted ceramic decanter. The collection is the house's tribute to excellence and Mexican cultural heritage, and each colour tells part of the story — blue skies here, golden oak on the Reposado, red Jalisco soil on the Añejo.
Tasting profile (official): crystal clear; sweet cooked agave with fruity and herbal notes on the aroma; sweet notes and fruity touches on the palate. Browse the Don Ramon brand collection, more tequila, and the full spirits collection at Del Mesa Liquor.
Serving note: chill lightly and sip neat to taste the agave unmasked, or anchor a Margarita in agave-forward style.
