In March 2021 Crown Royal — the Gimli, Manitoba whisky created in 1939 for the royal tour of Canada — stepped into canned cocktails for the first time, launching Whisky & Cola alongside Washington Apple and Peach Tea. The logic is the serve itself: the whisky-and-cola is the most-ordered Crown serve in the world, so Diageo canned it at a sessionable 7%, with the whisky's vanilla, light oak and gentle rye spice riding under the cola sweetness. Tasting Notes
