Cava de Oro Reposado Tequila is a 750mL tequila bottled at 40% ABV (80 proof), made from 100% Blue Weber agave by Tequilera Puerta de Hierro in El Arenal, Jalisco, and rested for six months in French white oak barrels before bottling. Six Months in French White Oak
A reposado lives or dies on balance, and Cava de Oro rests its spirit in French white oak — a finer-grained, more gently spiced wood than the American oak most reposados see. Six months is long enough for vanilla and cinnamon to settle in around the cooked agave, and short enough that the agave never leaves the room.
