Distilled in copper pot stills at Balcones Distilling in Waco, Texas, it is matured in new American and Hungarian oak, never chill-filtered and with no added colouring. Tasting Notes
Per the distillery: soft charred oak, black tea, cracked pepper and chocolate-covered cherry on the nose; creamy buttery toffee building into peppery rye spice, coffee and nuts on the palate; a finish of peanut butter and dark chocolate.
