Ay Pa Todos Blanco Tequila 1L
Ay Pa Todos Blanco Tequila 1L is a 40% ABV (80 proof), 1.0L blanco of 100% blue Weber agave from Hacienda Casa Macías in Tequila, Jalisco, Mexico — slow-roasted, naturally fermented, additive-free and bottled on-site, unaged. It is available to order online at Del Mesa Liquor, San Diego, CA.
Ay Pa' Todos — "Un Tequila Inclusivo" — is Don Manolo Macías's answer to premium tequila at bar-achievable pricing. Macías built stills for more than 30 other distilleries before making tequila his own way at Hacienda Casa Macías: estate-grown mature agave slow-roasted at 0.8 psi, traditional roller-mill extraction, all-natural fermentation and no additives, accelerants or diffusers, ever. The Blanco brief is a crisp, dry flavour profile made for cocktails, rich enough to sip.
Tasting profile: fresh-cut agave, lime zest and white pepper on the aroma; a smooth, clean palate of bright citrus, sweet agave and herbal undertones with a peppery bite; a dry, bright, refreshingly warm finish. Browse the Ay Pa Todos brand collection, more tequila, and the full spirits collection at Del Mesa Liquor.
Serving note: a 1L cocktail blanco with real agave character — Margaritas, Palomas and Ranch Waters are its home turf.
