Avion Silver Tequila
Avion Silver Tequila is a 750mL unaged blanco bottled at 40% ABV (80 proof), made from single-origin blue Weber agave grown at high elevation around Jesus Maria in the Los Altos highlands of Jalisco, Mexico. The agave is slow-roasted in traditional brick ovens for 72 hours at low temperature, double-distilled in small batches and finished with the brand's proprietary ultra slow filtration before bottling clear and unaged. At the 2012 San Francisco World Spirits Competition, Avion Silver was voted the World's Best Tasting Tequila. It is available to order online at Del Mesa Liquor.
