Tasting Notes
From the producer: clear and crystalline; sweet agave, citrus and florals with peppery spice on the nose; sweet agave, citrus, vanilla and a little black pepper on a smooth, medium-bodied palate; a lingering warm finish. VinePair (92 points) praised its rich, weighty texture as an all-rounder for sipping and cocktails.
How to Enjoy
Neat to taste the valley agave, or in a Margarita or Ranch Water where the citrus-and-pepper blanco character carries the drink.
