Kilchoman — the family-owned Islay distillery founded by Anthony Wills in 2005, which celebrated its 20th anniversary in 2025 — has released Loch Gorm every year since 2012; it's the only global Kilchoman release matured solely in sherry casks, named for Islay's largest freshwater loch, which borders the distillery. Founder Anthony Wills has called 10 years "the sweet spot" for Kilchoman's sherry maturation. Non-chill filtered, natural colour, roughly 18,000 bottles worldwide, released April 2026.
