Each year a different Mexican artist designs the collectible wooden box, and 2025 belongs to contemporary artist Ana Segovia: her piece "No Señorita, Esos Colores son Prohibidos" reimagines traditional charrería (Mexican rodeo) attire in pastel and fluorescent tones — her signature challenge to machismo in charro iconography. The tequila itself is presented in a hand-blown glass bottle with a hand-dipped wax seal and the hand-applied Cuervo family crest; every bottle is individually hand-signed, numbered, and dated. Cuervo's own notes: dark amber color, oak, almonds, dark chocolate, and cinnamon on the nose; rich oak, toasted almonds, vanilla, and cinnamon on a long, silky finish.
