Ghost built its name on a spicy blanco — 100% blue agave with a pinch of ghost pepper — and in March 2024 the brand gave that formula the oak treatment. Six-year-old agaves from both the highlands and lowlands are slow-cooked in brick ovens for two days and roller-mill crushed, then the spirit rests in American white oak Pipones before the signature ghost-pepper infusion. The result: mild spice at the front of the tongue, sweet cooked agave and vanilla from the charred oak through the middle, and a sweet, citric finish with a bright gold color.
