I recommend this product

If you see this, grab it!!

I was able to nab another limited-release from Glendalough: the Single Cask Grand Cru Burgundy Cask (only 366 bottles produced). It is finished in pinot noir casks, specifically Burgundy (or Bourgogne Rouge – top-shelf French pinot noir). It opens with red apples, apricots, vanilla, and a touch of citrus, which evolves into black cherries and blackberries. It has great legs and a light oily mouthfeel, coating every tastebud, and delivering a nice long finish full of berries, charred pineapple, and a little pepper. The flavors continue to evolve, sip after sip. This is a very complex dram that is worthy of study (lots of sips, and closed-eye tasting to get every flavor). It is very smooth and has a subtle oak spiciness – very pleasant. If you see this, grab it!!
