Joshua Tree Distilling Giant Rock Gin

Each bottle of Giant Rock Gin is inspired by the sense of wonder evoked by its namesake boulder, which many believe to be the largest in the word. Giant Rock Gin is made from a high-quality organic sugarcane mash that is vapor-infused with a desert-inspired mix of unique botanicals. 

FLAVOR PROFILE

Giant Rock gin has a smooth mouthfeel and medium body. With subtle notes of licorice, allspice, and black pepper, this is a new take on a traditional London Dry. Enjoy it chilled or in your next cocktail (we love a classic Martini, but it also makes a stellar Negroni). Now available for tasting and purchase in both 750ml and 375ml sizes at our distillery just outside Joshua Tree National Park.
