Golden Road was founded in 2011 in Los Angeles' Atwater Village by Meg Gill and Tony Yanow to brew California-inspired craft beer for the city — and Mango Cart is its most LA idea: a light wheat ale channeling the fruit carts on street corners across the city, with mango front and centre. The beer took Gold at the 2018 World Beer Cup in the Fruit Wheat Beer category, against 70 entries. Golden Road partnered with Anheuser-Busch in 2015.
