Dingle Irish Vodka
Dingle Irish Vodka is an 80-proof (40% ABV), 700mL Irish vodka — quintuple-distilled in small batches at Dingle Distillery in County Kerry, Ireland, charcoal-filtered, and cut with water from the well 240 feet below the distillery. It is available to order online at Del Mesa Liquor, San Diego, CA.
Dingle Vodka was the distillery's first product — before the whiskey, before the gin. Founded in 2012 by the Porterhouse team (Oliver Hughes, Liam LaHart and Peter Mosley), Dingle built its name on purity: 500 litres of fine grain spirit at a time go through a fifth and final distillation, a step almost unheard of in vodka, and that last pass is where the spirit gets its polish. It took Vodka of the Year at the 2022 USA Spirits Ratings and Best Irish Vodka at the Irish Whiskey Awards in 2015, 2017, 2018 and 2024.
Tasting profile: an incredibly soft, creamy mouthfeel with a hint of sweetness, closing on a wonderful citrus finish that is both refreshing and memorable. Browse the Dingle brand collection, more vodka, and the full spirits collection at Del Mesa Liquor.
Serving note: chill it hard and sip it neat to taste the fifth distillation — or build a clean, classic vodka martini.
