Crotalo Plata Tequila is a 750mL blanco bottled at 40% ABV (80 proof), made from specially selected 100% Blue Weber agave at NOM 1509, Tequila Embajador, in Atotonilco El Alto, Jalisco — and, unusually for a blanco, rested 45 days in oak before filtration, which returns it to a clear "silver" while keeping the softened edges the rest provides.
