A Celebrity Champagne With Real Cellar Time
Kid Ink (Brian Todd Collins) fronts Belle Route, and the brand has earned coverage in Maxim, Gear Patrol, and Liquor.com — the rapper even name-checks it in his own lyrics. Behind the name, the rosé is built on a classic Champagne recipe: mostly Chardonnay for lift, Pinot Meunier and Pinot Noir for the pink-salmon color and red-fruit depth, with three years of bottle aging that puts it well past the non-vintage minimum. Tasting Notes
Pink salmon in the glass with a fine bead. Floral and rose on the nose, turning to fresh grapes and small red fruits, with hints of strawberry and raspberry on the palate (distributor copy).
How to Enjoy
Well chilled at 45–50°F in flutes or white-wine glasses. Pour it as an aperitif, with brunch, or alongside sushi and berry desserts.
