Whiskey Del Bac is famous for mesquite-smoked single malt, and Sentinel brings that desert signature to bourbon: Ohio-distilled stocks finished with the same mesquited staves and mesquite charcoal the distillery uses for its own malt. Announced in October 2025, it is a true bourbon — not a single malt — with smoke in a supporting role rather than the lead. Among bourbons, the mesquite finish makes it genuinely one of a kind.
