Old Elk 10 Year Old Straight Bourbon is the bold one of the trio. Aged 10 years and bottled at 105 proof (52.5% ABV) in a 750mL bottle, it runs on Old Elk's signature high-barley recipe: 51% corn, 34% malted barley, 15% rye — four times more malted barley than traditional bourbon recipes.
The extra malted barley is the Old Elk signature — it brings a nutty, toasty, almost beer-like depth you won't find in standard bourbons. Made under Master Distiller Greg Metze and released by Middle West Spirits (Ohio) as part of the 2026 10-year collection, it's finished with the weeks-long Slow Cut™ proofing process (official SRP $69.99).

Aromas of oak, fig jam, almond paste, cocoa powder, and honeycomb; a palate of fruits, caramel, and vanilla with toasted corn, cinnamon, brown sugar, and nuttiness — finishing minty to peppery.
