For Edition 01, eighth-generation Master Distiller Freddie Noe and his blending team hand-selected barrels to highlight the sweeter side of the Knob Creek flavor profile — the label positions it as a "sweet bourbon blend," and its radar chart shows the new release leaning more "sweet" and "vanilla" than Knob Creek 9 Year Old's "caramel" and "char." Distilled at Clermont, Kentucky (DSP-KY-230); aged a minimum of 10 years, with the age statement printed subtly at the bottom of the label.
