Terralta — "high land" — is the Camarena family's highland-distillery project from 2011, founded by fourth-generation master distiller Felipe Camarena (also of G4 fame). El Pandillo's signature is iron-rich red-clay deep-well water drawn from 140–150 meters down, giving the blanco a mineral, earthy backbone. At 110 proof, this is blanco for agave purists — the same spirit the distiller tastes at full strength.
