The Broken Skull story started November 13, 2015, with Austin tending bar at El Segundo Brewing for the original IPA launch — and ten years later the brand is, in Austin's words, "not just a beer, it's a statement." The 10th Anniversary Edition honors where it started with bright citrus, tropical fruit, and a punch of West Coast bitterness, then looks forward with a new hop bill: wild berries, dried apricot, and papaya, dry with firm bitterness.
