Its own labels show both sides of the house: the Origin Series is estate-distilled and bottled-in-bond honest; the Discovery Series blends aged Kentucky and Indiana bourbons with a sommelier's palate; Fusion marries the company's own young whiskey with mature stock; and the Collaborative Series finishes bourbon in everything from wine and brandy casks to — famously — barrels from other celebrated producers.
