Puerto Rico | 750mL | 45% ABV (90 proof) | Aged 8–12 Years | Limited Edition — Bacardi Reserva Ocho Sevillian Orange Cask Finish is the third release in the BACARDÍ Cask Finish Series — five distinct finishes planned through 2025. Master Blenders built it from hand-selected barrels of the family reserve: a blend of rums aged 8–12 years in American oak, finished 3–6 months in Vino de Naranja casks — Seville's traditional orange-wine barrels — from Spain. The official BACARDÍ serve is an Old Fashioned. Available to order online at Del Mesa Liquor in San Diego, CA.

The orange-wine casks do the talking: the brand's official notes lead with subtle citrus rind and a pleasant Seville orange bitter character, layered over molasses and cinnamon with hints of dried currant and toffee caramel. The nose carries orange peel, dried stone fruits and a smoky woody aroma; the finish is expansive and well-rounded. For rum drinkers who collect cask finishes — and for anyone building the perfect Old Fashioned — this is BACARDÍ's reserve stock with a Spanish twist, far beyond standard whisky-barrel aging.
