Unaged Agave, Straight From Los Valles
The blanco is where a tequila brand has nowhere to hide — no oak, no blending, just agave and distillation. Zapopan's comes from Fabrica de Tequilas Finos in Jalisco's Los Valles lowlands, distilled from 100% blue agave and bottled clear. The result is the purest expression of the Zapopan line: bright, agave-forward, and built for cocktails where the spirit needs to speak. For drinkers working through the tequila shelf beyond the household names, this is a clean, honest blanco at a fair price.
Tasting Notes
Sweet agave fruit and citrus on the nose, straight from the heart of the plant. The palate is bright and clean — fresh agave, a flicker of white pepper, mineral lift — finishing crisp and refreshing.
How to Enjoy
The natural margarita and paloma blanco — its clean agave profile lets citrus shine. Also excellent in a ranch water, or neat for blanco purists.
