Saint Benevolence Mango Rum
Saint Benevolence Mango Rum
Fruit-Infused Clairin | Haiti | 750ml | 42% ABV
Saint Benevolence Mango Rum is a bold, fruit-forward expression of clairin, Haiti’s ancestral sugarcane spirit. Produced at the Dorcinvil Distillery in Saint Michel de l’Attalaye, this rum is a blend of unaged and bourbon barrel-aged clairin, macerated with multiple mango varieties, including the traditional Haitian Madame Francis, along with lime zest and cinnamon.
The result is a tropical, aromatic spirit that evokes the full spectrum of mango—from green skin to ripe pulp—while preserving the earthy, terroir-driven character of clairin.
