Filmland Spirits Moonlight Mayhem Bourbon Whiskey
Filmland Spirits Moonlight Mayhem Bourbon Whiskey is a 94-proof (47% ABV), 750mL small batch straight bourbon — a 75% corn, 21% rye and 4% malted barley mash aged 4+ years in American white oak, blended and bottled in Kentucky. It won Double Gold at the 2023 San Francisco World Spirits Competition. It is available to order online at Del Mesa Liquor, San Diego, CA.
Every Filmland whiskey ships with an original B-movie script, and Moonlight Mayhem — star-crossed lovers on the run — was the studio's first release. Los Angeles-founded and Kentucky-finished, Filmland selects straight bourbons from across the country and ages, blends, and bottles them in Kentucky. The whiskey had to carry the movie: smooth, balanced, and built to be shared.
Tasting profile: caramel and vanilla sweetness up front, rye spice through the middle, and a smooth oak finish — the classic high-rye bourbon arc at an easy 94 proof. Browse the Filmland Spirits brand collection, more bourbon whiskey, and the full whiskey collection at Del Mesa Liquor.
Serving note: neat, on a rock, or in an Old Fashioned — and see the Extended Cut if you want it at cask strength.
