The bourbon inside is a 10-year straight bourbon built on a distinct wheated mash bill, matured in charred American oak. The WWS launch notes describe a nose of sweet caramel and buttered cornbread with orange citrus, chocolate malt, and spice; a palate of rye-like spice up front, layers of caramel and chocolate sweetness, and fruit throughout; and a long, spice-filled finish of tobacco, chocolate, and a whisper of chili pepper with a sweet undertone.
