Corzo Silver Tequila
Corzo Silver Tequila is a 40% ABV (80 proof), 750mL blanco — triple distilled for exceptional purity and bottled immediately after distillation at NOM 1487 (Casa San Matías) in Arandas, Jalisco. Made from 100% Blue Weber agave, Corzo's signature "heart of hearts" process keeps only the purest, most intensely flavored part of the distillate, and the brand uses twice the agave of most tequilas to build a sweeter, fruitier blanco. Available to order online at Del Mesa Liquor, San Diego, CA.

The Heart of Hearts Blanco
Corzo is built around a single idea: most tequila cuts too wide, so Corzo cuts narrow — only the "heart of hearts" of the distillate makes it into the bottle, triple distilled over more than 56 hours. Combined with twice the usual amount of blue agave, the result is one of the smoothest silver tequilas on the market: crisp and vibrant, with the natural sweetness of the agave intact. Tasting Notes
Nose: fresh agave, citrus, light floral notes. Palate: smooth and crisp — tropical fruit, roasted honey, bright orange, grapefruit, baking spices, and a hint of pepper. Finish: clean and refreshing with gentle warmth.
