Chicken Cock was founded in 1856 in Paris, Bourbon County, Kentucky, and its modern whiskies are made with Bardstown Bourbon Company under Master Distiller Gregg Snyder. Mizunara is among the rarest cask woods in whisky — the oak can take up to 200 years to mature and is notoriously difficult to cooper — lending an exotic spice and incense-like aromatic that American oak cannot. This edition's tin is inspired by the rare long-tailed Onagadori rooster.
